It's good initiative by @adsactly and team, I think Steemit is doing good to reach towards it's aim.
For last few days I'm using Steemit more than my Twitter or Facebook and I found some of friends who are doing good to bring hidden talent or supporting those people who have talent but they don't have money or support to show talent in front of the world.
And @adsactly initiative will support those talented people who can't afford to show their real musical talent.
Yesterday, I read a post of a witness who is supporting a creative Nigerian women for their unique designing of clothing and all.
That's why I like some famous witnesses here on Steemit.
@adsactly is one of them.
