Someone already has a very good project that is already well along. It's called singulardtv,com. You may want to check them out.

I now what you're saying, they will be using Ethervision but I don't think it's deployed yet. They seem to be concentrating right now on Tokit so you can monetize your project. But there is room for lots of different efforts, so good luck to you.
