Photography taken in an exotic Brazilian island - White sand, yellow flowers and a butterfly

in #mundaneart7 years ago (edited)

I took this pic in 2014 during to a trip to Florianopolis in Brazil. The small island of Campeche is a lost paradise, an absolute wonderful pleace! A perfect destination to ecotourism lovers.

The picture shows a very white sand, wild flowers and a butterfly.

I hope your eyes enjoy it! :-)

This looks stunning! The white sand looks so pretty, but then yellow flowers peer out from under it. Also, the butterfly is the cherry on the cake. This is just an amazing shot to capture.

Dear @avant, thank you for commenting, it was really a perfect and unforgetable moment! This image touched me a lot! Kind regards

Beauty! It's difficult for me to add anything, because here already wrote in the comments what I also wanted to write! Even I can not believe that this is natural! I will be very interested to see your other photos.

Thank you @ludmila.kyriakou . It's natural indeed. This place is uncredible beautiful! I will post more travel and nature photos. Regards

Thanks & Follow you @celinalage.art

Amazing, it looks like wallpaper.

Many thanks! My intention was to capture this photo as a kind of texture. If it looks like walpaper, so I'm in the right way. :-)

wow ! this is really cute ! I have never seen white sand before looks like snow :O

Really !!! @asuka08 the white sand is like a snow! good point!! Regards!

I checked out your post from your photo submission in the mundane art competition. This is a really nice photo! PS: I am a fellow competitor by the way

Thank you so much! I'm very happy to listen your comment! Best regards!

Beautiful location! I feel like I could take a million pictures of sand and flowers and never get tired of them

@geekrot you have right, they are perfect!!! I will try to take more photos like this in my next trips. Thank you!

This is so pretty. I didn't know it was sand with flowers growing through it. I had forgotten how white sand can be!!

@countrygirl it is not absolutely white, when I saw this image at the first moment it seems to me to be light gray color and I felt in love with the combination of gray and yellow! This place is very wild, and it is biological reserve protected by law, so only there you can see flowers like this in the sand. It's a rare vision.

You were very fortunate to be there to experience it in person.....it's just so pretty. I looked at your photo a number of times @kus-nee mundane art contest and just admired it. It's very feminine and airy and just so pretty. That's all I can so....it's pretty. :) I'm glad you got to take a photo of it!

I can see the grey tint in the sand too. The sand in Ontario has reds and blue tints to it due to mineral content. The only other time I've seen sand this white was during a visit to Freeport in the Bahamas many moons ago.
