Many minnows out there are lamenting and feeling discouraging, for getting zero reward on their post.
A real solutions to end this issues is by knowing the principles of steemit.

SETTING YOUR GOAL

Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of this future into reality. The process of setting goals helps you choose where you want to go in life by knowing precisely what you want to achieve in this word of steemit, to known where you have to concentrate your effort you will also quickly spot the distraction that can so easily, lead you astray.
Successful steemian, top-level athletes all set goals. Setting goals gives you long-term vision and short term motivation. It focuses your acquisition of knowledge and help you to organise your time and your resources so that you can make the most of your life.

We look at others and view them as examples, like @minnowsupportproject, @ulogs and many more big projects in the community of steemit.
I have done that too. In fact i still do it. Learning from others is one of the best things that i have done. Being humble is a good thing.
But here is the catch! You are not all those people. YOU ARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!
That means one simple thing: get off the beaten path and create your own part

how do you know you're going somewhere new? People will likely not understand you and that's a good thing.

After a short conversation with some of the steemian I known, I reflected on why so many of us play small to steemit and expecting huge reward from it. It's quite unfortunate that most of us don't know that the more you give to steemit the more you received. Sometimes discouragement sets in . happens to all of us. We try hard. Pursuing our ideals . yet nothing happens or so it seems. But every step counts. Steemit runs according to its own agenda, not ours. Be patient, trust. Be like the stone cutter, steadily chipping away day after day. Eventually, a single blow will crack the stone and reveal the diamond.
An enthusiastic, dedicated person who is ridiculously good at what they do just cannot be denied, Seriously.

INVESTMENT
if you really want to invest in steemit, be very intentional about what you dedicate your time and attention. Build self-awareness and confidence in what you do. There are several way to invest in steemit. Investing your money on Steem and Steem power. Doing so will enable you to be happy now and In future. Also it will allow you to create opportunity as needed.

At times, you will have to step out of your comfort zone to realize significant gains. Know the boundaries of your comfort zone and practice stepping out of it in small doses. As much as you need to know the market, you need to know yourself too. Can you handle staying in when everyone else is jumping ship? Or getting out during the biggest rally of the century? There's no room for pride in this kind of self-analysis. The best investment strategy can turn into the worst if you don't have the stomach to see it through.

CREATING GOOD CONTENT

for creating good content remember these two rules

• you get pay for quality post
• if you don't have anything useful to post. Then don't post it at all.
  These two simple point of making quality content that will yield good rewards.

The best content gives the user a sense of how to apply the information. It doesn't degrade users by telling them what to do but rather respect them and provides them with assurance that they know best how to use the material. When you write your post give users tips on applying what you are offering them. Many times, just writing well about a topic will spark some ideas for readers.
Why do people read non-fiction? To learn and become better help your reader do the same.
