Protect your self-esteem to avoid depression

We've heard of the word self-esteem, it's a common word. Self esteem is simply the way you see yourself, the thought you have about yourself. This can affect your self confidence to an extent. It's really important you protect your self confidence in order to be happy. The amount of self confidence you feel determines how happy you will be on a daily basis. The amount of self confidence you have determine your relationship with people, because people can feel the positive energy when they around you. Because nobody want to be close to a negative person. Complaining all the time is a sign of low self esteem and makes you look like you are not in control of your life.
Depression rate is really increasing daily, I had to write about this today, at least if I can motivate one person am OK, don't care how many upvotes I get. People turn to drug when depressed but it's never the best option. You can get drunk or get a drug to forget your bad day but the only you forget is when to stop.
BEST WAYS TO AVOID LOW SELF-ESTEEM

1. avoid negative people
2. Look at the mirror every morning and tell yourself you are the best. Practice this for at least 30 days
3. Dress well and have a good hygiene
   4 . Never think that anybody is better than you, every human are equal
4. Never compare yourself to another person
5. Do things you love
6. Never take criticism personal, see it as a way to improve yourself.
7. Give your best in anything you do, because success makes you feel like a boss and this has a positive impact on your self esteem
