Bench Press (185 lbs): 3 reps.
Bench Press (175 lbs): 3 reps.
Bench Press (165 lbs): 3 reps.

Squat (185 lbs): 6 reps. I could tell my form needed work, and I didn't wanna injure anything, so I stopped at 6.

Pec Fly (170 lbs): 10x2 reps.

Abdominal Fuse (170 lbs): 10x2 reps.

Leg Extension (170 lbs): 10x2 reps.

Seated Leg Curl (170 lbs): 10x2 reps.

Lower Back Fuse (170 lbs): 10x2 reps.

Seated Row (170 lbs): 10x2 reps.

Preacher Curl (35 lbs): 5 reps. This set was with the machine. It didn't seem right though.
Preacher Curl (70 lbs): 5 reps. Still at the machine, this was me trying to see if maybe this would be closer to the level of difficulty I'm used to from 35 lb dumbbells. Closer, definitely. Just not...it.
Preacher Curl (35 lbs): This one was me hunched over a bench at high altitude and doing it the way I've seen it done before. Much better. 5 reps per arm.

Bicep Curl (45 lbs): 5 reps. It ain't about high reps at this point, it's just about getting stronger with a higher weight.

Tricep Extension(45 lbs): 20 reps with the left arm emphasized, 20 with the right.

Weighted sit-ups: One 45 lb plate on my chest, maximum incline, 10 reps.

Weighted Back Extensions: 90 lbs, 10 reps.
Weighted Sideways bends (60 lbs): 10 reps per side.

Power Press/Reverse-Grip Bicep Curl: 95 lbs. 5 reps.

Deadlift (185 lbs): 20 reps.

Side-Curls: 120 lbs. 30 to the left, 30 to the right. Legs clamped together so as to better isolate the core muscles.

Shrugs (185 lbs): 10 reps.
I stand by what I said last week. I ultimately decided to stop at 10, but I definitely had more in me.

Fingertip Pushups: 20 reps.

About a month or two ago, I was dropping public nods to the notion of doing two sets of 30 with maximum weight for the machines (170) left and right.
Well, I finally decided to just do it.

For tonight's musics, I ultimately decided to go with a song for a show that I am next to completely ignorant about. "The Boondocks" theme by metaphor the great. Enjoys. :D
