Chocolate with strawberry filling
Ingredients:
- 100 g of cocoa butter
- 200 g of grated cocoa
- 8 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 10 g of butter
- 100 g strawberries
Preparation:
- Melt the cocoa butter on the water bath.
- 2-3 tbsp. pour for the filling, add the butter to the remaining mass and melt it, add the grated cocoa and sugar powder, stirring until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Whip strawberries and 2-3 tbsp. of cocoa butter.
- Pour a piece of chocolate into the mold, allow it to gently thicken, place part of the filling, cover with chocolate again. If desired, make several layers. Put in the cold for 30-40 minutes. Take the chocolate out of shape and decorate with berries.

Cinnamon Stars
Ingredients (for 30 stars):
- 4 egg whites
- 250 g of powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- a few drops of almond essence
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 400 grams of ground almonds
- powdered sugar or cream for decoration
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 130°C. Beater whip intensively whites and strong foam, pour 250 grams of powdered sugar in portions.
- Postpone 2 tbsp. whipped protein for decoration. Then add vanilla sugar, almond essence, cinnamon and half of ground almonds to the remaining mixture, whisk the mixer at a slow speed. Knead the remaining almonds.
- On the surface sprinkled with powdered sugar, roll the dough to a thickness of 5 mm. Shape the asterisks and put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
- Add 2 tsp to the protein for decoration. Cold water and grease them with asterisks. Bake for 25-30 minutes, and then let the cookies cool down. Decorate the stars with powdered sugar or cream.

Orange Easter cake
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 7 eggs
- 3 oranges
- 150 g walnuts
- 100 g of oil
- 150 g of flour
- 200 g of chocolate
- almonds for decoration
Preparation:
- Wash the oranges in hot water, grate the skin on a shallow grater, squeeze out the juice and respect it by half.
- Separate the squirrels from yolks, whisk to a foam, add sugar and yolks and whisk again.
- Add the melted butter, orange juice, zest, chopped walnuts. Type the flour and knead the dough.
- Pour the dough into a greased form and bake at 180°C for about 1 hour. Cool the cake, pour melted chocolate and decorate the almonds.

Butter cookies with dried cranberries and poppy seeds
Ingredients (for 2 biscuits):
- 170 g of butter
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tbsp. poppy
- 50 g of cranberry
Preparation:
- Fry the oil at room temperature until it becomes soft, whisk with sugar powder to a creamy state with a mixer, mix with flour, add poppy and sliced dried cranberries.
- Roll the dough into small sausages, wrap in a film and put in the freezer for at least an hour.
- Do not thaw the dough after the freezer: cut the round cookies 5-7 mm thick with a sharp knife.
- Put on parchment and send to oven preheated to 170°C. Bake for 7-10 minutes. Cool and serve.

Carrot cake
Ingredients:
- 350 g of flour
- 15 g of baking powder
- 300 g of sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- ¾ tsp. cardamom
- clove powder on two knife tips
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g finely chopped carrots
- 1 lemon
250 grams of crushed almonds - 4 eggs
- 200 g of margarine
Preparation:
- Sift flour and pour into a bowl. Add sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, clove powder and salt, stir well.
- Add carrots, almonds, lemon juice and crushed lemon rind, mix well. Mix eggs and margarine and pour into a mold.
- Bake for 65 minutes at 180°C.
- Decorate the top of the cake with a marzipan carrot. You can also add cream if desired.
