There is also the fact that M. Night Shyamalan is more remembered for his f*ck ups than his successes. I am personally looking forward seeing this movie and I hope he doesn't mess this up. I don't think, that Shyamalan will get another chance, if he screws this up.
I think this movie will be a success. But, yeah, even if it won't, he'll get another chance after the success of the visit and split.
