Day 3
Hi again. Hope you challenged yourself yesterday. Here is today's challenge!
Feel free to add this onto yesterday's challenge but most importantly complete the day's challenge.
Fitness Challenge
Jumping jacks. Do 50 jumping jacks today. Break them up in 10s if you have to but complete 50.
Start with legs and feet together with hands by side.
Jump feet out and hands go above your head.
Jump back to starting place and repeat.
Added bonus: For more of a challenge make some of your jumping jacks into squats. Jump your legs out into a squat, sit booty out while arms go up to jumping jack then jump feet back together.
Key here is to not let your knees go past your toes!
More challenge - spring up after the squat
Nutrition Challenge
Drink 8 cups of water. If possible go for 8 ounce cup but the idea is to increase your water consumption. If you already are doing so, replace a soda, juice or tea with water. Notice how you feel. If it is your afternoon coffee or tea, drink it with no sugar or milk followed by a cup or two of water.
What 8 ounces of water looks like, drink 8 cups.

Getting my water now. I have had plenty but some more will not hurt. I do jumping jacks sometimes before I surf to warm up.
