yes @bunny-s It is a great method it is often very helpful but sometimes sitting alone and thinking about happy times makes a person more sad. I think its better that a person do the same with a pen and paper in hand. That way atleast he can share his pain, frustration and happiness with someone so that bad thoughts can exit and good thoughts can enter.
Thanks for mentioning this to me. I will surely look into it and try to understand more about it and will surely try to make a 2nd part of the blog as I am getting many suggestions.
