Self-esteem

We all have strength and weaknesses in our personalities,however we are never to be satisfied with our present status of development to a point that we stop cultivating our characters.

Maturity is not flawlessness,rather is having the self-esteem that we have come a long way and the humility to acknowledge that we still have a long way to go.
