Fat Loss Journey - Morning Weigh In - Still Under 200 lbs!!

in #motivation7 years ago (edited)

If you have been following me you might of noticed I did not eat much yesterday, but I did have a lot of carbs...

I also did not work out and fought the temptation to have pita bread with peanut butter at 11pm last night...but I am happy I did because I woke up today to see that my weight dropped even more..

I want to have a rock solid body...not to impress anyone else..but for myself...I am 28 year old man and many are freaking out because they have not seen me in months or over a year and I have lost around 50-60 pounds since then... but I still feel "mushy"... I will keep working toward my ideal body without sacrificing tooooo much.

For example I am picking my sister up from the bus station today and she is going to treat me to a spliff (thank god) and a big mac trio lol - so expect some bad foods this weekend that will only motivate me to go hard at the gym monday and so on.

If there is anyone out there reading this who wants to lose fat just leave a comment and we can discuss what you might be doing wrong. I know there is a lot of information out there but I took the time to learn how the body works which is why I was able to lose over 60 pounds while still eating a large pizza and donuts around once a week, now doesn't that sound fun? I don't believe you have to cut out your favorite foods, just enjoy them once a week, they will refill your muscles with energy which can fuel your week of lifting heavy and you always have that treat at the end of the week...when you are craving your favorite food it is easier to get rid of the craving by reminding yourself that you can eat it in a few days :)

Fucking awesomeness! And yeah start shadowboxing during your TV times. Just keep working out even if it's polymetrics or isometrics. Couple sit-ups and a push-up? Can workout anywhere. You are just limited by your imagination. The gym. Isn't the only place to train. You are changing it... If your going hard then do it.

And yep a cheat day is great. And reward yourself for the fire you keep going. Have a good burger. Try to ditch the crap next time.

And the bright side is you can afford it if you been so disciplined all week!

But hell yeah I'll totally blaze one to you getting started and into being healthy. Great news!

I heard a great line once

"you cant go to the gym one day a week and expect to get ripped... so you don't have to worry about having a cheat meal once a week and getting fat"

Keep getting it man! For sure!

My family have sent me some money, but they haven't arrived yet, so I'm hopping that someone can send me some crypto, it shoud arrive on credit card faster.
