This can't be a coincidence..
Now we're getting closer to Atlanta, and all we can think about is yes, finally some city life.
At the same time, we were no longer in the country side anymore, we wouldn't have the freedom to just park up anywhere and sleep in the car. We needed a place to stay or we'd have to just drive past ATLl within that next day or so if we wanted to hit Florida with at least some money to manage.
All of sudden I remembered my sisters' best friend, since childhood, had recently moved to Atlanta. We wasn't expecting a place to stay at or nothing but just someone to show us around, give us something to work with in order to keep the brand growing. She told us she would be at work until 1 in the morning and it was around 10 or so, so we figured we'd wait on her. Shit, we didn't have anything else going for us, not that night at least.
1:30 hits and nothing, not a call or text. By this time we was thinking about leaving the downtown area and look for somewhere to call it for the night.
She calls us back.
Apparently, her kids were away with her family in Wisconsin and she had the whole place to herself. What a coincidence right? Thats what I was thinking until the next day... life was about to teach us some real beautiful, movie shit.
Stay tuned.
