Anger Management ( few tips to deal with your odd period)
Life is built around emotions. We behave the way we behave because of the attachment between our mind and the environment. Everyone experiences a couple minutes of madness. Where it seems nothing is going the way you want, seems nobody is ready to hear you out, seems you re all at fault or you re being disobeyed. There's nothing bad in being angry but the most important thing is the ability to have total control of your self at that odd time is vital.
An angry fellow could be compared to a driver who's car breaks failed. You know the danger involved in such situation, it takes wisdom, believe and patience for the driver to control the car to safety possibly. Same way is required from anyone going through odd time. You need wisdom and patient to avail you the chance of averting any foolish action you could take that may be regretted afterwards. Another scenario is when a cell phone memory storage is full, what you discover is that, the device would start misbehaving, it began to malfunction because its beyond it ability to control what is coming in. When you become angry, your head becomes full, you start misbehaving by making silly statements, pouring out all the trash without caring and if its not handled well, it turns into physical combat. Like in the phone memory storage, it always request the owner to delete some application before it can accept more. This implies that we need to first examine what comes into us remove whats causing harm before taking in anything.
NOW LET'S LOOK AT FEW TIPS TO MANAGE ANGER
1 Think Before You Speak : You will agree with me that almost 95% of every actions we take in haste ends in regrets. One of the best way to handle anger is taking your time to think before you say anything. Don't just alter words on the precise of your feelings because instant feelings re mostly false expressions. Always think before you talk. Let your words be few, because you wouldn't love the damages that must have been caused at the time you re feeling the heat.
2 Take A Time Out : If you re a lover of peace then stick to this too. When you walkout of argument, quarrel or troubles it doesn't mean your weak but it means you re brave. This can be applied especially in marriages or even any situation. Your wife is blowing hot or vis visa, walk away for a while. Most times when one of the other partner is not around the tempo comes down and surprisingly at the time of separation everyone comes to his or her senses.
3 Once You re Calm, Then Express Your Feelings : This is very vital but must be done amicably. Don't use commanding words. Be calm and not cause any harm. Say "i'm not pleased for how you abandoned me, not " you have always being treating me unfairly. Don't try correcting anyone but allow them to say it themselves that they re sorry.
4 Identify The Possible Solution : The best way to settle misunderstanding is identifying the cause of the problem and settling the issue. Make sure you know what the problem was and also be sure to settle the issues amicably. This will guarantee a better relationship and build a better bond with your partner, friend or neighbor.
5 Don't Hold A Grudge : One of the problem of getting into dispute with others is the aftermath damages. There re many cases that have gone years without being solved. Most of this longtime dispute happens because people can't stop hating the other and instead live with malice all through their life. This is bad and very unhealthy. Keeping grudge showed immaturity and lack of wisdom. We can't avoid stepping on the shoes of others and vis visa but never let the sun go down without forgiveness. Never harbor grudges if you want to live a better free life. Don't imprison your mind!
6 Always Say Sorry When At Fault : One thing that prolong misunderstanding and makes settlement hard to come by is when the offender refuses to admit. A common "i'm sorry" is the word to use to bring peace and settle up issues. Even, in instances where you aren't at fault try to speak to the offender with calmness and such would make him or her break their pride to say sorry.
7 Know When To Seek For Help : Anger is one aspect of emotions that could be very difficult to deal with. Sometimes it seems like addiction. When you discover your anger is getting out of hand, it would be the right time to talk to someone. Talk to someone who you know can help you out especially professionals. Don't let your anger make you do things you regret for life. Don't allow that little upset burn you so hard, pour some wisdom to it and it wouldn't hurt you. Wisdom in control of anger will help you not to hurt others.
WISDOM IS A PRINCIPAL THING, IN ALL YOUR STRIVE GET UNDERSTANDING TO LIVE AT PEACE WITH ALL MEN!!!
