Motivation For Depression
We all commit errors and we all have things in our past that we wish we could delete. Just remember this is not the end. Instead start to see these stuff as lessons and stepping stones rather than as mistakes - which have a adverse connotation - and how about becoming thankful for each and every experience because without them - the good and the bad - we would never be where we are today.
Starting every day with a new view and insight is so essential. Do not allow previous choices, past hurts or previous errors to follow you into the future as they do not serve any purpose.
Nice motivation ! Of course, you can curl up and be left alone with yourself, but this is not the best option if you are depressed. To have other people around you, ready to give a helping hand, talk with you, inspire you, is very important in order to feel better and return to the usual course of things, even if you feel that you just want to shut up everyone around.
