Really glad you shared this-- I regularly fall victim to judging myself for doing "too little" to make progress towards my goals. Ultimately, we go further by taking a few small steps than by planning to take a large step and then never following through.
I think we have all been there. Now, I try to take small steps every day and don't judge myself. It has really helped in the past year or so.
