RE: How I Learned to Own my Fear and How You Can Do It Too
Fear can paralyze us. It is like this mental prison we create. But we all have our fears. I guess the most important thing is to find tools to set our mind free from fears and really take the courage to confront them. I have been dealing with sudden fear myself, after getting laid off from a job end of 2017. It's not easy to admit to yourself and everyone that once again, after 2 bachelor degrees, I am considering a new career pathway. But as a wise close friend of mine told me yesterday: ''It is never too late to reinvent yourself''
I am sorry Jessica about being laid off. I bet it is tough. But I definitely love your perspective on this issue. It really isn't late to reinvent yourself anytime you choose, no matter the age or the background. The best way how to break through those fears is massive action. It's important that we don't "chill", that we don't take too many breaks because we lose momentum. Thanks for sharing your story with me, I appreciate it. I would like to know how it will go with your new career so let me know I'f you want.
