Hardwork and patience, your keys to success on the steem blockchain
Making an impact or achievement on the blockchain requires a lot of efforts. It is honestly not easy to make it here so developing a model will surely help to mame things easier. Achievement doesn't come by easily. You must make conscious efforts to achieve your goals. One problem we face most times is having the wrong idea about things. When you do this it kills your effort because you will be attacking from the wrong side.
The fact remains that those who joined steemit earlier were able to make it because they had trust in the system. They were few and worked hard to become successful.
The difference now is we are more in number on the blockchain with lazy steemians who lack focus and are myopic.
Do you want to make it on the steem blockchain?
You need to develop a winning mentality. A winner does not quit. He works until he achieves his target(becomes successful). He is a winner because he is hardworking. He never gives up. Even when it seems difficult and tgings seem not to work, he remains patient. Patient with the system and with what he/she is doing.
It takes patience and hardwork to climb a mountain no matter how tall. You must do it with the two values (hardwork and patience) to reach the top.
What is the missing link?
The missing link is originality and skills. You need to apply or make your work distinct on the steem blockchain and put skills to it, to make you outstanding. Remember for you to be pointed out from the crowd you need to be extraordinary.
Make your work outstanding today by imbibing the values 'patience and hardwork'.

As easy as these words sound, it's not very easy to practice. However, all of us must learn to be patient, hardworking & trust the system. Besides, there is need for us to explore new opportunities with the use of some apps like @dlive & @dtube videos to connect better with our fans. Thanks, @eugenecr7 for the good motivating post.
