# InspirationMonday-Entitlement Mindset.

Yesterday at Soul Sisters programme Solid Fm 100.9 Enugu, they discussed about "Prostitution and why people especially ladies indugle in it."
Some reasons ranging from lack of financially help amongst others were mentioned as the causes of prostitution.
I don't share the same view. To me, the problem is not others but our mindset.
We grew up with 'entitlement mentality'.
We grew up thinking our parents, spouse, government, religion and society owe us everything.
But in reality, nobody owes you anything.
You are fully responsible for your life.
Some became irresponsible citizens using unemployment as their excuse . If you can't find a job, create one.
You lost your morals because your parents were too busy to take care of you. What of those their parents died at birth?
A Lady pauses her life till she gets married before she will start living because she feels a man should make money and marry her. This can only attract 'a male' not 'a man' to you.
I agree that our parents, spouse, government, regilion sector and society should raise up to their responsibility; they should do it because they have a sense of responsibility not because you are dependent on them.
My point is, live your life as if you were the only help you have. If you get help from any other place let it be jara. Stop waiting and leaving your destiny at the mercy of others no matter who that person is.
Increase the quality of your mind and increase the quality of your life.
If you don't take care of you, who will?
Accept your actions as your choice. Don't ever think you don't have a choice, because that is already your choice.
The irony of this is that those that feel the world owes them everything does not have any sense of responsibility for those under them.
You think if you were the one in authority you would do better? Wait till you get there and you will realize that an irresponsible individual will be an irresponsible leader.
If you can't take of 'you', you will never truly take care of others. If you can't lead 'you' well, you can not truly lead others.
It all begins with you.
