The Creativity is My Strong Side I’m Going Further
My company made an announcement for new working positions, we wanted to strengthen our marketing team with new personnel. I was leading the interviews because I wanted creative persons in my team; 100 people showed up. The first question that I have asked them was:
- What are the two most important characteristics that you have to possess so we can employ you?
The answers were different:
- sincerity
- energy
- communication
- team player
- enthusiasm
- persistence
- confidence
- emotive stability
- astuteness
- creativity
- motivation
Two most important things are responsibility and self-initiative.
Responsibility means that the job must be finished on time because the job doesn’t support excuses.
I will give you one example:
In the office are working four people and one is responsible for sending letters. One day that person didn’t arrive at work for private reasons and other colleagues didn’t accept to do his/her job so that day clients didn’t get letters. No one wanted to be responsible for the financial damage that appeared. The responsibility, in this case, will mean, if someone sends the letters there will be no damage. The responsibility of the person that didn’t come to work will be acceptable only if s/he asked someone to do his/her job. Self- initiative means that you don’t have to wait for someone to tell you what to do but to help other colleagues or to start working something that can help your company.
The other question that I have asked the candidates was:
- What does creativity mean to you?
These were the answers:
- to do something new
- to create good commercial
- to find the best solution to the problem
The real response will be:
To be creative with one company means profit!
Everything that can bring profit is created. Savings can be creative if it’s the way of increasing the company profit. If the advertisement is increasing the profit than it is creative, printed commercially also.
I will give you an idea how to use the principles of business through the internet that can bring you profit.
Make your own web presentation (it can be for free if it is on a special page for free services)
Make your offer clear, it must be understood by others, so make it precise.
You must have an application form and it must have space where they can register themselves.
Offer them free book or training from the theme you working on, but only for the registered clients, because the data of future clients is important for success.
Convey free poll and every person who answer three questions or can find three persons that will register themselves and answer the same questions, can get specific product or service for free. In this way, you will increase the number of your website visitors and registered users which is one of your main goals because without people you’ll be without money.
Make a creative announcement, make it different from the others and unique. Make time for composing the announcement, read a hundred advertisements on the internet and you will notice the difference between bad and good one, what is most important is the experience, so you can become a leader in writing announcements.
Put advertisements on more pages
Separate interesting texts from your website and place them on different forums and blogs. It is important to popularize the topic from the field you are working on. On that way, you will gain more clients. It will be good if you give answers on the already existing subjects, you also have to do a regular check of the pages where you put your texts, and the point is all questions to be answered as faster as possible; so, be fast.
Find websites that have similar business as yours and exchange ideas with them; it will immediately increase the number of visitors to your page and doesn’t cost anything.
When you have more than 5.000 users on your website you can add more services that you will charge for. On that way, you will have extra money income that will make you feel better.
The point is not only in collecting registered clients and users; the point is to keep their attention. That’s why it is important for your page always to have extra texts and new offers.
- The only thing that left is to start an immediate action!
