There are a lot of things in life that we know for sure that hold us back. For example, we know we need to fight and be the best to succeed, be in a relationship at all costs to be happy, have one great love, travel to make other people dream, be a manager to make your parents proud, and so on.

Love drives everything we do and say in life, and it changes and goes beyond our certainty. It's possible for everyone to hear their own instincts.

In our society, insight isn't given much weight, but it will make your life better. The body knows intuition before the mind can figure it out. Not an emotion, but a signal that runs through your body and contains important information. It could be a voice, a feeling, a flash, a smell, or something else. You can use your sixth sense when you connect with your five.

When you're in touch with your body, you learn important skills that keep you from getting lost in the world's chaos. For example, you know who and what to believe, how to make decisions without outside approval, and how to handle any situation.
