Guidelines
- Please ensure to read previous updates to enhance your understanding of the contest
- Naming structure of entry by every author should be this; Fragrance of the Past - topic in consideration.
Example:Fragrance of the Past - Childbirth/Family size - People and places mentioned should bear/have real names and/location(s)
No Plagiarism of any kind- Word count should be at least 400
- All third party images and quotes should be referenced
- Entry can be older than the contest but original
- For wider publicity please always resteem the contest, you may choose to upvote too.
- No lobbying of votes as number of votes do not make the winning entry
- Entries without due compliance to stated guides, though being nice would be disqualified
- While delivery matters, it could be best to carefully review your content before final submission

The last two could be the Author's country and or continent or any desired.
Content development
Life experiences of self and others, stories heard and events witnessed (in ones community, neighbourhood or state) alongside adequately referenced online resources - could all prove very resourceful if well harnessed. However, already published/licensed articles are not allowed, and any line(s) from such should be properly referenced to the original.
Content formatting has all to do with its quality. Authors may choose their desired style but the each paragraph should treat a specific aspect - experiences, stories heard, events witnessed.
Two bold heading other than the self chosen subheads should exist - In The Past & Today. While the "In The Past" heading elaborately treats the considered topic, the "Today" heading briefly compares the considered past with the contemporary present.

Outstanding 2.50 SteemResourceful 1.50 SteemConsidered 1.00 Steem...and the rewards would only get better.
Qualifying entries could be considered for inclusion in an ongoing Encyclopaedia_Nigeria project with full reference to Author - for Nigerian Authors (another reason to be original).

I know it's hard at the beginning to build solid follower base. But just don't give up. Steemits needs solid content builders.
