What does it mean to be a leader ? ما معنى أن تكون قائدا؟

القائد الحقيقي هو الذي يتحمل المسؤولية كاملة، القائد الحقيقي هو الذي لا يستسلم للفشل،
القائد الحقيقي يجب أن ينصت للجميع و يتقبل رأي الجميع، و يجب أن يشارك الجميع في صنع الانتصار، يجب أن يكون ملهما لأفراد فريقه، يساعد الضعيف، و يرشد التائه و يحفز الفاشل، يجب أن يزرع الأمل و الثقة في الفريق، القائد يجب أن يكون أول من يتعب و آخر من يستريح، القائد يقول "هيا لنعمل معا"، و لا يقول "هيا اعملوا"، القائد يكون قدوة للبقية.

القائد يكون:
قويا دونما وقاحة. لطيفا دونما ضعف. متأنيا دونما كسل. متواضعا دونما خجل. واثقا دونما غرور. طريف دونما حماقة.
"القائد هو ذلك الشخص الذي يمكنك أن تتبعه إلى ذلك المكان الذي لم تكن لتجرؤ على الذهاب إليه وحدك."

The real leader is the one who paves the way for the rest of his team,

The real leader is the one who bears full responsibility, the real leader is the one who does not succumb to failure,
The real leader must listen to everyone and accept everyone's opinion. He make victory with the team. It must be inspiring for his team members. He helps the weak, guides the loser and motivates the failed. He must cultivate hope and trust in the team. He must be the first to tire and last to rest,
The leader says "Let's do it together", and not say "do it," the leader is an example of the rest.
Leader must be:
Strong without shamelessness. nice without weakness. Careful without laziness. Modest without shame. Confident without ego.
