In these times of the 21st century, there is much talk about justice, as in all times it has been conceptualized about this value, which in one way or another, contributes to the integration or disintegration of the convulsed society.
The term justice is framed in giving to God, what is of God and to Cesar, what is of Cesar, that is, to give to each one what corresponds to him.
In other words we can say that justice is the possibility of building good and the ability to recognize it. We could think that the fair thing is to apply to all the same norms and the same punishments in case that it is not fulfilled with the expected thing; but this, although ordered, does not really guarantee "For the rest, brothers, everything that is true, everything that is honest, everything that is just, everything that is pure, everything that is lovely, everything that is of good name; if there is any virtue, if there is something worthy of praise, think on this. "Philippians 4: 8.
There are two kinds of justice, justice from God and justice that men perform.
The human being needs to understand justice within his intellectual possibilities, although he knows that the aspiration to Justice as an absolute value is beyond his reach, he tries to bring society closer to this value.
Thus the fair act is one that is in accordance with the moral values that a society accepts and that a person performs according to their understanding, possibilities and needs.
 The effect of justice will be peace; and the work of justice repose and security forever. Isaiah 17.32.
Every society has a wide space of asymmetries, interdependencies and empire of the law of the strongest, of the dominant.
For this reason, morality, ethics and justice seek to establish spaces of equity in which just acts are more likely to prosper. The freedom to do and exercise power must be moderated by a just vision, which estimates the conditions of those who are disadvantaged, be they people, groups or even countries.
 "Justice magnifies the nation; But sin is an affront to the nations. "Proverbs 14.34
In our personal field, to estimate what is fair and perform just actions must consider at least three aspects: the good of people their possibilities, needs, degree of happiness, the reflection that implies our commitment to prepare, to know and better understand the exercise of moral values and circumstances under what conditions and with what resources the situation or behavior occurred.
A famous figure represented in a woman symbolizes justice. It is a woman who is blindfolded and carries a balance with her two plates in balance. Blindfolds mean that no matter who you are dealing with, regardless of your race, your religion or your place in society, everyone must receive what is their due. The balance indicates that the decision should not be biased in favor of one person and against another. It symbolizes that he must give to God what belongs to God and to Cesar, what belongs to Caesar. Injustice occurs when one dish tilts more than the other.
 "Just balances, just weights and just measures you will have ..." Leviticus 19.36.
For example: it is unfair that a person works a lot and they pay little, but it is also unfair that they work a little and pay a lot. Injustice appears in daily life when we deny someone what he got with his effort. It also appears in society when there are people who have no house or clothes, while others have more than they need to live.
Just judgments must be honored under the following principles:

 Give personal support or access to resources that my peers need to fully develop.
 Achieving in every goal is conditioned not to damage individual potentialities.
 Facilitate individual expression and support democracy.
 Value and respect the justice of the social authority, even against my personal interests.
 Participate and influence so that justice is present in the decisions that affect others.
 The practical purpose of justice is to recognize what belongs to each one of them, making them respect that right, reward their effort and guarantee their safety.
 It is not limited to cases that are dealt with in the courts, it appears in daily life as a factor from which more balanced and respectful relationships are derived, as well as the welfare of society as a whole.
 To do justice is to act with equity.
 Generates feelings of happiness of who gives and who receives.
 Equity is a requirement of justice to grant each person according to their merits.
 In justice is the development of the whole society, transcends selfishness
The abuse of power means the death of justice.
 Corruption gives life to injustice and sells it to the highest bidder.
 The appearance of justice deceives the eye, but the one who understands recognizes this value.
 Justice shines before the unjust; but it forces us to sacrifice some conveniences.
 We can not change everything that is unjust but we can aspire to change the possible of our behavior.
 To be fair means to decide in favor of oneself, of people and nature.
 Decide in favor of justice, even sacrificing order. This is to consider the circumstances and possibilities of the people, not just the fact.
 Avoid discrimination, favoring the integration of all members of the community or group, to the extent of their scope, to family life.
 Always exercise equity, distinguishing and seeking fair decisions for all, but according to their conditions and circumstances.
Justice has interference not only in the legal sphere, but in the personal and de facto sphere, it is more relevant personally.
We must understand that justice is an expression of personal responsibility that helps us maintain the integrity of both a legal system and a personal promise. Justice is righteousness in daily life.
Justice is, then, to live with a good conscience and acts that are pure, right and true, in words and deeds before God and men.
