Thank you for your well written post with good advice. I would like to add: just be by yourself. Start with a blank paper. On the left side, write down the positive things that gives energy to life. On the right side, I write down the negative elements in my life. Can I do anything about it now, or not? Maybe later? Visualization like this helps me 😊 I wish you a nice day.
