Monomad Sunday Skies - Highland Light

Here, at Highland Light, in Truro, Cape Cod, MA... a beautiful sunset, behind the lighthouse.
It's about a mile or so from my family home. It's my first Monomad - Sunday Skies, and I thought is was perfect for #MONOMAD started by @brumest

Saturday - Silhouettes
Sunday - Skies

On days like this one, there's just the whispering winds, and gently rolling waves, below the dunes, behind.
But there are days and nights where the winds are howling and the waves crashing, and the fog horn is sounding it's warning every 5 seconds, to keep the ships from joining hundreds of others wrecked along the shores of the Graveyard of the Atlantic as the shoals around here are known.
