Monomad Photographic Challenge - Friday Flowers - Carnations.

I like carnations, they come in a range of colors. It's interesting that in post USSR countries this type of flowers are associated with Victory Day on May 9th, or Labour Day on May 1st. So, to be short it's not something one would want to give to a wife or a girlfriend, for those occasions people use roses, tulips pretty much anything but carnations.
