L from Death Note and Carstairs from Allo, Allo

Well, being a big fan of Japanese anime and British sitcoms, I thought it would be great to do these monologues. In the Death Note monologue, I did leave out the first few bits of this monologue and just simply started with the "lying monsters" line, because I thought it was gonna be too long, I hope this doesn't spoil your enjoyment.
