As I became older, I actually downsized. No longer wanted to care for a pool, or mow a lawn. Rented a small 2 bedroom condo, and gave up my mortgage..
All the extra income from mort payments, went into crypto.

Glad I did..

    Nice, many people aren't willing to downsize and often times it's the clear answer to a better lifestyle. Good for you!
