Real Money
Real money can technically be any commodity that becomes the most "saleable", however, historically the market has often choosen precious metals when free to do so. There are other examples, such as salt, fur and tobacco to name a few real currencies or money.
Fiat money embodies all the negatives of money most people point out. Real money is nothing like fiat currency aside from their roles of facilitating trade.
