Passive Income Lab # 2
Some of the things I am doing to make more money as a hobbyist Profiteer can't really in the purest definition be called passive. All though I do have some plans and ideas that are "set it and forget it" type experiments for creative money making most of them require action of some sort. I prefer to extend this category to anything that involves doing less work then the normal nine to five or manual labor job as passive income.
Experiment 01 THW Global
This one is a fairly new site in that there still beta testing and ensuring they can live up to everyone's expectations, but its worth throwing your hat in now for the potential profit that may come later on this year. THW Global is a video streaming site like Youtube that is free to join that will offer cash rewards for viewing there video content along with advertising from various sources. The site is built around the concept of paying on average minimum wage or more to there users for viewing there video content with ideas for expansion into other areas of the marketing game. They limit the amount of videos you can view weekly (for profit) to a mere ten hours but you can increase your profit with referral bonuses in the way that referrals of yours that view videos will also make you money by simply doing that and nothing else. 25 dollars an hour was thrown out there in the promotional material and I for one wouldn't mind making a extra $250 a week for watching a few videos.
There also throwing around another way to profit by becoming certified which requires what I might consider a substantial investment but this is not required to make money from viewing there content. My recommendation is to start out with just Joining the site and viewing the content. If you feel later on that you are interested in making a little more qwit and you can do the things a certified IV (International Viewer) needs to do to make additional profit then by all means purchase a certification and tell us about your success.
