There's Now A Pokémon Go Tinder Style Dating App
Pokémon Go has pretty much taken over most of our lives these days.Beneficially, we have been spending more time outside, although that time has been spent with our eyes glued to our phones, waiting for a wild Charizard to pop up.In the midst of catching them all, you have also neglected the opposite gender. If you have, fear no more, as there's now a Pokémon Go dating app to help you match up with someone equally enthralled in the fictional world. Please note, if you do get a date on PokéMatch, it'd be wrong to do any kind of Rapidash. The app is based on loyalty. The app works in a similar way to Tinder, swiping left and right, before a nearby Pokéstop is chosen for you both to meet up.When there, you can battle, and maybe eventually, after a successful relationship, your Bellsprout may evolve into a Weepinbell. Be careful though, if it all goes tits up your match could quickly change from a Tenatcool to a Tentacruel. Creators of the app, Pim de Witte and Rene Roosen, believe that the aim of the app is to create meaningful dates through mutual appreciation of Pokémon.
"The goal is that people create meaningful dates, not just hook-ups," they said in a press release. "We think that a Pokemon Go date is the perfect opportunity for that."
It might seem a bit Farfetch'd, but it's nice they're bringing something Mew to the market. If you are unsuccessful or, worse yet, successful, but are then given the Kabuto, just get yourself back to solo battling. You might get the Rhyhorn, but take it Slowbro, there's plenty more Magikarps in the Seadra.
