काला धन black money

काला धन क्या है – यह एक तरह से वह धन होता है या वह पैसा होता है जिसे गैरकानूनी ढंग से कमाया गया हो और उस पर Income Tax नहीं दिया गया हो | यह एक तरह से वह धन होता है जिस बारे में सरकार को उसके स्त्रोत के बारे में जानकारी नहीं होती क्योंकि यह या तो बताया नहीं जाता और या फिर चूँकि गैरकानूनी ढंग से कमाया गया धन होता है इसलिए उस बारे में जानकारी नहीं दी जाती | उदारहण के तौर पर रिश्वत में मिलने वाले पैसे , गैरकानूनी ढंग या कार्य जैसे कि चोरी , डकैती या तस्करी के जरिये कमाए गये पैसे पर भी कोई Income Tax थोड़ी भरना चाहेगा क्योंकि ऐसा करने पर उसे धन के स्त्रोत के बारे में जानकारी देनी होती है
