Respect yourself, respect others and respect your environment. If you find filth in an environment, you will find people who don't respect themselves.
Create opportunities for yourself. If you have to wait, you will probably wait forever. Put yourself out there.
Have values. Live your life with certain values and let them bind you.
Strive for excellence. Don't be mediocre in your work. Always go the extra mile to be excellent.
If you strive for excellence, you will not need to write an application letter. Others will always come looking for you.
