RE: Moby’s romantic failures are not your cue to attack ‘white men,’ ‘beta males’ & ‘the patriarchy’

Everyone remembers things differently than they actually were, and see things through their own eyes. It's not like this is a sudden realization or anything. Pretty sure that's common knowledge.

From the story, I assume he was probably just a guy that liked a girl, and probably didn't act perfectly, as anyone would. Maybe he even acted cringe worth and horrible. We can't know. And it's not like we train people on how to act. We are all on our own. This is just blaming someone for their actions in retrospect...without even knowing the full story. We will likely never know the full story. Even if tons of people came out and talked about it, and there was a documentary, it would still just be one person't retelling the stories of a bunch of people's personal views of what happened.

There are problems in society...but the reaction to this and dozens of other stories is one of those problems too. Maybe the story was just two humans crossing paths. Maybe it's far worse than we will ever know. But, now people's reactions to it, are just another part of the horror.

As a fellow human, knowing I myself am a "sinner", as we all are, I'm sorry to Moby and Portman, and hope they can move on in their lives and not be too negatively effected by this airing of "dirty laundry". If it's worse than we know, I hope that they both seek counseling, which is another privilege of the rich.
