This is located in Russia. It's the world's largest undergraduate city. But it has never been recognized by the Russian government ever since. This city was built during the Stalin era. A large section of people thinks it connects with the Kremlin to the fsb headquarter. It is a city, but it is far away from people going to this place, yet they do not even know anything about it!
