Tragedy - How I lose my previous account (Novice mistake)

I think this happens often to new steemit users, the password issue. here in steemit we are forced to have a default password that we must keep safe and copied everywhere for maximum security. this for a person like me who uses his password for nearly every application or account I have, but here I had to accept a password that I would never remember. so my best intuition was, to save it on my email, which I did. Unfortunately, weeks later on a bad internet connection rage outburst I mistakenly erased the message containing my steemit password. and lose all connection to my account. I couldn't even enter again in my account because I never save my password automatically on my browser. so I, of course, had to create a new account.
