Dhaka: Junketul Ferdous Oishee was elected as the Miss World Bangladesh-2014 by ending all speculation. She will represent Bangladesh in the World Beautiful Competition, organized in China. Nishat Nawar Salwa was the first runner up and Najiba Bushra was the second runner up.

On Sunday (September 30th), the capital city of Bashundhara International Convention Center (ICCB) was elected to the grand finale of the Miss World Bangladesh by organizing spectacular events. There were ten contestants who had passed the final stage. They are - Nishat Nawar Salwa, Manzira Bashar, Ishrat Jahan Saberin, Smita Tumpa Borohi, Afrin Sultana Labani, Sumna Nath Ananya, Najiba Bushra, Jannatul Mawa, Shirin Shila and Jannatul Ferdous Oishee.
And the duty of the judge - popular singer Shuvradev, model and actress Tarin, model and actor Khaled Sujon, Model EMI, Barrister Farabi.

The finalist was the judge, Shafiin Ahmed, Hamin Ahmed and Anisul Islam Hiru of the Miles band. These three three winners have been named.
According to organizer sources, the participants presented themselves through dance and multiple fashion queues. Outside star performances were also eye-catching. Performed at the program, some of the filmmakers like Apu Biswas, Ms. Besides, the musician Minar, Maria Shimu, performed the song.
