RE: I'll Use Bid Bot for Exposure and to Earn More Steem, If You Don't Like It, Then Whatever

in #misc7 years ago

Aloha hustler,

Talk about timing of this post...about 30 minutes ago I was looking for your answer to my question about bots and I could not find it after searching every where on Steemit.

I wanted to use the same bots that you used to promote my content. I have been blogging constantly for 2 months but was not getting the result $ vs the time I spent.
I tried smart steem on my 3 posts and I saw a good result.
I will use the post promoter but I can not figure out the Biding the up vote...so confusing.
How to use post promoter? do you know any good author in here that explains it well.
perhaps, you could do a detailed post of how to buy upvotes on post promoter.

Sort:

You need to transfer SBD to the bid bot account ... so you'd go to your Wallet section:

  1. input the account name,

  2. then how much SBD you will send (again, each bid bot minimum is different, some don't have minimum, but for those that do, usually sending at least 4 SBD should suffice), and then in

  3. Memo area, you would copy/paste link of the post you want the upvote to go to.

Make sure the account name you send is correct.

Does the above make more sense? It's as easy as that.

what part of this WALLET area do I sent SBD to the bot company?

There's a down arrow next to your SBD amount ... there's a down arrow to actually any of those arrows.

Is this your first time transferring any amount of any kind to anyone?

Never sent SBD to anyone. Looks like I need to chose " Transfer" and fill out @ " " ( person or bot I am sending to)

Yea like my instructions in comment I wrote above. Note that when you send, the upvote from the bid bot doesn't happen until anywhere from 15 minutes to up to 1.5-2 hours later.

Good to know that it take 15 min or more for the bid bot to take in affect.....did not know that. mahalo.

Yup it varies ... it doesn't matter how long it takes honestly ... it'll happen when the bid bot account is allowed to upvote within the SteemIt rules for upvoting.

How do you decide how much SBD to sent to the Bot company? I know some bot companies require minimum SBD. So, more SBD per content the more exposure or upvotes from other Steemians?

You also have to be aware that there are plenty of scam and spam bid bot accounts as well ... so to tell the difference, you can do some self research by checking out that bid bot's wallet account "history" of other people who've sent SBD/Steem for upvotes on their SteemIt posts. As well, checking the bid bot's wallet of how many Steem Power is important as well, as the higher the number they have, the heavier the weight of their upvote is ... but it's all proportional. You'll learn as you experiment and try.

Okay, I will be cautious.

I've checked out your wallet history ... you've transferred SBD to other accounts before in your history.
