Minnow University Radio // Isaria's Random Advice

  • Follow people who write about topics that interest you and leave meaningful/helpful/insightful/engaging comments on their posts.

  • Upvote and respond to the comments that people leave on your posts.

  • Resteem posts that you like.

  • Write at least 3 or 4 posts a week.

  • Join a few Discord communities and chat for a bit every day. Communities, friends, and networking are key to your success on Steemit.

  • Be mindful when copying and pasting Steemit passwords so that you don't paste them in the wrong place!
Never use your main Steemit password, only use your Private Posting or Private Active Keys.

  • Never give your Steemit Passwords to your cat.

  • Don't get yourself involved in flag wars, especially with whales.

  • The Minnow Support Project is not a bid bot. If you want to use a bid bot, then use steembottracker.com.

  • Wallet transfers...be neurotically careful about how much you are sending and who you are sending it to.

  • Be aware of phishing scams. Always make sure that you are on Steemit.com. Don't click random links in your comment section. If you do, then make sure you are still on Steemit.com.

  • Never get involved in a land war in Asia.

  • Delegate some of your SP to an account like @helpie, @qurator, @msp-shanehug, or @msp-music so that you receive automatic upvotes on your posts. But always keep at least 100 SP in your own account.

  • Never type these words in the comment section:

    • Carry on dear
    • Nice post
    • Would you please evaluate my function?
    • I love lamp
  • Do or do not. There is no try

  • And no matter what...it is extremely important that you absolutely never...

My cat is an appropriate guardian of my SteemIt password. Here she is reciting it back to me in the form of morse code via the pattern of her pillow licking.

lol! My cat stole my passwords and starting making posts on my account about catnip and the litter box.

I take exception to your suggestion not to share passwords with one's cat. We are a most trustworthy species. Other than that, pretty good post!

Duly noted!

Very good tips, especially about using only private posting key. Not many people know this

You really had someone write, I love lamp?
