MINNOW SCHOOL PART 4 - INTRODUCING OUR FIRST OFFLINE CLASS

Hello steeemians, it’s @bait002 bringing you words of encouragement from the minnow school. Guys, I’m so sorry I haven’t actively given any updates on the progress of the school. My sincere apologies, and that’s because we’ve been spending a lot of time decentralizing offline. And I’m pleased to announce to you that by tomorrow, being 19th December, 2017. The first offline minnow school class will hold in our very own University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Also, steemit is heading a grand way here on our campus. The minnows here such as @raymondbruce and @meemee together with me @bait002 are taking steemit to the moon here on campus. Minnows have been reproducing other minnows, and were waxing stronger. Tomorrow, we’ll bring to you the first offline session of the minnow school. I must confess, progress is being made on daily basis, and over a dozen accounts have been opened here by the collective efforts of the minnows here. Our sole objective is to create a sense of relevance in our minnows, making them understand that they do have something to give back to the blockchain.
Briefly today, we’ll be considering a vital part of minnow growth, and that is establishing good relationships. Remember, last time we emphasized that;

you have to create a network of relationship and a community that appreciate your works.

RECIPROCATE ALL FRIENDLY GESTURES AND IF THERE’S NONE, INITIATE ONE

In my opinion, that’s the golden rule tonight. I was with @ejima twice last week and once again today at the STEEM ACCELERATOR HUB(STACH). Everything he said to me kept on revolving around community, community, community! Ask yourself a question, a good one. Who do you expect to view your blog or upvote and comment on your posts? People! Human beings, just like you, are rational and will always reciprocate gestures. If you shun them, they’ll shun you. Appreciate them and they’ll appreciate you. Have this in mind and make a resolve to do it from now on;

• Read comments: when people stop by to read your post, appreciate them. And do visit their blogs as well.
• Stop being sentimental: don’t only appreciate accounts with high reputation scores. Most of us minnows are fond of that. We take for granted our fellow minnows. This is the community closest to you, never take any of its member for granted.
• And lastly, always Compliment upvotes with replies if time permits
