if you can get 350 steem engine tokens and find someoen else with 350 i will give you my 300 and you can issue and manage my steem school idea scotbot site fundition idea, but you can just create it...
but a simple scotbot site just for schools... it coudl end up showing steem off to so many schools and universities that the universities put bulk steem account creation fees and delegation into the school budget
