It turns out @beanz saw the APR only after submitting the fill request and realises it is very low, her intention wasn't for the APR to be so low. It is a good point to note that we will need some sort of pre-submission calculator when we do properly introduce dynamic pricing.
At this point we need to encourage investors which are harder to obtain than borrowers, when the market has reached traction dynamic pricing would be beneficial to introduce at that stage, currently we are not there yet.
I really hope you guys bring the dynamic pricing back soon though. I know @beanz probably got lucky with that fill but at the same time, it's suppose to be an open market. With that fixed pricing, it's not a really good market for buying delegation either considering that you not only have to do a lot to break even, but worry about STEEM price potentially dropping as well.
In any case, you should probably consider dropping the APR a tad bit lower to attract more people to the service...but not too much that it causes an imbalance. +40% is considerably high even from my experimentation to break-even from buying delegation power.
