How do they make sure that the Lessee is paying his (rent) daily ? Is there a kind of smart contract behind it?
Well, how it works is the Lessee pays upfront to the @minnowbooster the full amount on order, @minnowbooster acts as an escrow service which pays the investor daily in arrears. The investor can never lose rent and has full control over his asset, this is better than owning rental property.

I suppose this all automatic right? I mean there is a bot behind it. You do not do it manually, do you?
BTW, I have just leased 500 SP to two contracts. I think it is a good investment.
