Genesis Mining paying is very low.
with 1.30 Th/s BTC Mining you become daily 60K - 65K Satoshis (SHA-256 lifetime contract),
with 20 Mh/s XMR i have become at the first day 0.02044039 XMR (X-11 2 year contract),
the second day was 0.01796415 XMR, but on the second day they change the payout rules for XMR they payout only you have 0.4 XMR mined.
DSH with 5 Mh/s i has become 0.00396875 DSH
Don't mine XMR on Genesis there are not mine XMR directly!

Genesis mining has a very low payment system because :
In my opinion any site that is still alive after the halving of 2016 is a good site.
After the halving many sites like Eobot and Genesis started to pay even less...because ...if they wanted to survive...they needed to do this step.
So...in a nutshell yes Genesis Mining has a very low payment system ...but I have an account at that place because it is a trusted site ... at least in our times.
XMR I dont mine but DASH I mine and you are correct "with 5 Mh/s i has become 0.00396875 DSH" .
In conclusion Genesis Mining is still paying ...but the pay is Very low.
