Minimalismo emocional
Llevo aproximadamente 2 años practicando el minimalismo, hoy descansando en mi habitación vi una gaveta vacía, entonces me sentí contenta, luego pensé que existen áreas de mi mente y alma que se encuentran abarrotadas con personas, emociones y relaciones que me desordenan la vida.
Existen muchos post, vídeos y páginas que reseñan al minimalismo como herramienta y estilo de vida que permite simplificarla, en lo material, espiritual y en emocional, esto parece una moda en Internet, en la TV., en periódicos y revistas.
Hoy me subo a esta ola y procedo a señalarles los pasos que actualmente utilizo para liberar mi espacio mental, aunque implique simplicidad no tiene por qué ser aburrida:
1.- Si dejo de pensar en eso, pues NO EXISTE!!
2.- Sé sincero con las personas que te rodean y atraerás a las que te aportan valor, alejando a las que te hacen perder el tiempo.
3.- Seleccionar lista de amigos y personas importantes.
