Habits are acquired because they are important to belong to a tribe of society.

Let's identify the importance of belonging to that tribe. What the tribe brings and what we can contribute without the need to acquire a bad habit.

As human beings we have a tendency to generate habits, we must be constantly monitoring these habits, which generate benefits to the physical and mental health of both the individual and the collective
