MILLENNIALS: Prone to Information, Prone to Destruction.
When we talk about millennials, we are talking about the people who were born 1994 and after. They are the people who gets a lot of information about the world, about the things around us, and etc. With the help of technologies, in an instant we will already know the answer to our questions. But millennial generation became entitled as self-interested, lazy, tough to manage, narcissistic, unfocused, and not contented.
Thats why we millennials need enlightenment. Because in todays generations their is a LACK OF GOOD LEADERSHIP, we need to rise up as leaders of leaders because the environment is hindering us, we are blinded by people who keeps on pulling us so that we will not reach the top.
There are some cases where millennials are having a suicide, injecting drugs, has been drop in their schools because of depression and we dont want that, we need millennials who doesnt have that kind of mindset and we need millennials that will create an Impact to other millennials. Thats why keep on aiming your goals and always do things for the betterment not just for yourself but for the whole society.I would like to thank @surpassinggoogle for inspiring young people to really strive and do what is right for ourselves.
Millennials don't want to be managed, they like to be led, coached and mentored. This generation is on fire and ready to go. Are you ready to change the world?
