A journey down milky way

Milk is loaded with protein and many useful nutrients and is the first food any mammal tastes because the females are endowed with the gift of God to produce milk. The newborn instinctively reaches for the source of this milk and, of late, breast feeding is being promoted on a large scale. Women are being asked to shed inhibitions and breast feed their babies so that they get adequate nutrition.
Milk is taken in the raw. Animals have no reservation whatsoever when it comes to sucking the source of the milk but, when it comes to humans, there are plenty of restrictions. This is mainly because the source of milk is an asset for any woman and she wants to keep it always undercover.
The anatomy of the woman is what wins over the men and is exploited by those who design apparel and launch fashion shows that showcase the assets of the woman.
Anyway, this is not about women or fashion but is about food – food that have milk as their base.
One knows that milk is the base for butter, cheese and ice cream but, there are innumerable other food products that are milk based. And – credit for discovering many of these delicacies go to India. They have mastered the art of converting milk from cows and buffaloes into a variety of sweets that leave a lasting impression on not just the palate but on the mind as well.
