Is Waking Up Late Good For You ?

So i want to begin this post saying that i am not a doctor or science expert rather i am the person who used to wake up at 1 PM everyday,

As i took the words of the so called peoples who preach that you should sleep atleast 8 hours a day for good health.

I will not try to debate wheather sleeping 8 hours a day is good or bad for your body because debates are boring

and rather i am going to tell you guys about how i feel when i wake up at 7am everyday and how i used to feel when i used to wake up at 1pm everyday

which is kind of funny and people may hate me for such stuff which is alright but let me say that i am a entrepreneur and entrepreneurs had to stay awake till late at night because they had stuffs to do and there is nothing such known as passive income where you would eat and sleep and bank 50k a day without doing nothing.

Hence i would go to sleep at around 3:30 to 4am and would usually wake up at around 12 to 1 pm which is i think obvious or may be not , but this post is not about my daily routine which is of a entrepreneur and i will talk about that on upcoming post so be sure to follow me on steemit for daily posts.

Now lets gets back to how i used to feel when i used to wake up late and wake up early ( i am not a science expert so i am not going to talk about scientific stuffs, i am only going to talk about how i felt the whole day as a normal human being waking up late and early and how it affected my life )

When I Used To Wake Up Late

● This first thing that happened to me is loss of apetite which i had to bear the whole day which was making me weak as a result it was making me stay on the comfort bed for a long amont of time which was gradually making me lazy which a entrepreneur should never be even in his wildest dreams.

● It was developing a sense of nausea in me and let me say that it did not felt good having to bear it up all day along with loss of apetite.

● I was feeling unhygenic even though i used to bath 2 times a day even waking up late , i guess the bacterias had to do something with it but i did not know exactly what was happening to me regarding my hygeine as i told earlier that i am not a science expert but i was feeling unhygenic even though i used to bath.

● I told the poing earlier but i would stress on it because it affected my life very badly being a entrepreneur , that is it made me lazy and weak which caused me to stay on my comfort bed which you cannot dispose even though you try.

● This point is kind of funny , i used to feel that i have been drugged even though i never took a single atom or molecule of any drug in my entire life and would advice my readers to do the same , Now, you would ask how do i know the feeling of being drugged without taking drug. Now let me explain how , when i was small and was caught up with common cough my mom used to give me cough syrup which would make me sleepy and one day i searched the internet on my mom's old macbook that why such happened and i got to know that it contains a small percentage of alcohol which makes you druggy and yeah by this process i got to know how it feels being drugged i take the same cough syrup till this day when i would caught up with cough due to long seminars .

● If you think that waking up late would give you a boost and would make you more energetic you are wrong it would make you more weak , lazy and dull atleast its what happened with me.

● It has only good side that it would make you pleasure your sleep and make you feel good only in your inner heart that you are having a nice sleep but would effect you as a real person.

Now lets talk about how i let go my habbit of waking up late

and substituted it with waking up early which was very hard for me,

at some point you would feel your eyes burn which happened to me only for first 7 days and in those first 7 days you would feel that whats the point of waking up so early but slowly and gradually you can let go of your habbit which happened to me and i would share how i am feeling nowadays waking up at 6 in the morning everyday and only getting 4 to 5 hours of sleep.

What Happened When I Made a Habbit Of Waking Up Early

● For the first few days i was drulling in my company meetups and webinars and anywhere i go which was noticable , then i used to drull which was noticable but not so much and then the time came i overcame drulling and i was able to wake up early and face no problems

● I felt more fresh

● I felt the urge to work more harder

● I did not felt lazy and weak

● Everything was going according to the schedule

● I was able to come up with new ideas which benefited my company

And a ton of things went very well than before when i used to wake up late , hence i think you guys got your answer for which you came to my post and i would advice all of my readers to wake up as early as possible and enjoy your days to the fullest and trust me its really great to wake up early in the morning and a bonus which comes with it is the morning nature which is un-explainable here so if you do not have anything to do with waking up early atleast try to do it one day for the nature and i bet that you will get addicted to it.
